At Connect Insurance we take an interest in the world around us; after all, just like you, we care about the other people we share this country and planet with. We take every opportunity to raise money for causes that we believe in, and year-round we collect for these four important charities.

Barnados

“Barnardo’s believes in children regardless of their circumstances, gender, race, disability or behaviour. Our purpose as a charity today is to transform the lives of the UK’s most vulnerable children. We believe in the abused, the most vulnerable, the forgotten and the neglected. We will support them, stand up for them and bring out the best in each and every child. We do this because we believe that every child deserves the best start in life and the chance to fulfil their potential.”

RNLI Lifeboats

“The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. We provide, on call, a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the UK and Ireland, and a seasonal lifeguard service. With our lifeboats, lifeguards, safety advice and flood rescue, we are committed to saving lives.”

County Air Ambulance Trust

“For over 20 years the County Air Ambulance Trust has been working hard to help save lives. Our two valuable initiatives are making a considerable difference to critically injured patients and air ambulance crews alike. Firstly, funds raised from our ‘Golden Hour’ Appeal, contribute to vital Air Ambulance operational services and infrastructure projects across the Midlands and Avon region. And secondly, through our HELP Appeal, we fund life-saving helipads where helicopters can land, directly at hospitals throughout the country.”

Midlands Air Ambulance

“Midlands Air Ambulance is the charity responsible for funding and operating three air ambulances serving the communities of six Midlands counties: Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands. This constitutes the largest air ambulance operating region in the UK. Since 1991, the charity has responded to more than 43,000 missions averaging 2,000 per year, making it one of the longest established and busiest air ambulance organisations in the UK.”
