Please be aware we can also supply Unoccupied Commercial Property Insurance; when the property has no regular tenant there is an increased likelihood of theft, vandalism or flood damage as a result of burst pipes. Do not assume that insurance for your property is not worth having whilst the premises are unoccupied.
