“Sage celebrates the power of 72 as they select the ‘businesses behind the badge’ in latest EFL competition”
Connect Insurance Brokers Ltd has been announced as Stoke City’s local winner in Sage’s national ‘Behind the Badge’ initiative — a celebration of the independent businesses whose work strengthens the fabric of their communities.

At the beginning of the season, supporters were invited to nominate the businesses they felt made a genuine impact on everyday life. After thousands of submissions, Connect Insurance Brokers Ltd was selected as the Stoke-on-Trent winner — one of 72 businesses nationally to receive the honour. Each winner receives EFL match tickets and access to a tailored package of Sage tools designed to support growth and reduce the strain of day-to-day admin, along with additional visibility across Sage and club channels.
